The Delta Tau Delta House Corporation has worked with
the architect and general contractors to develop an
estimate for the existing renovation (Phase I) totaling
approximately $1.8 million. Practical and durable building
materials, finishes and fixtures will be used to guarantee
that an investment of this magnitude will last many
years for all UK Delts, pas and present, to use and
enjoy.
The new addition (Phase II) has been deevloped with
the long-term goal of making the Delta Tau Delta Shelter
fully realized by providing spaces for an additional
24 men. This would allow for a total occupancy of 40
to 44 men with full facilities and access to the newly
created educational spaces. The cost for the new addition
is $1,357,500, bringing the total project cost to approximately
$3.2 million.
